I bring you the good news that finally the long availed 5th generation Pocket Monster games have been released in Japan. Pached versions are ready for downloading and playing on No$GBA emulator or one of the DS Flash Cards.

Professor Layton and the Unwound Future is the third Layton game for the DS/DSi XL and it comes surprisingly soon after the first two games in this series. Previous installments of Professor Layton were huge bestsellers do to good media campaign and also being featured in stores as playable demos on Nintendo DS display.

This 3rd game focuses on delivering to players the best and most engaging story, and couple that with best mini-games.If you liked the first 2 series you do not want to miss this one and if you like adventure games in general this one is a must have. Looking forward to what type of games this team will deliver for Nintendo 3DS when it comes out later this year.

Nintendo DS ROM 5200 – Professor Layton and the Unwound Future (U).nds
was released yesterday. It is a huge 2048Mbit .nds rom file. (~196 MB when 7-zip compressed). Original release file name was v-pluf.zip, and it is shared under the name 5200 – Professor Layton and the Unwound Future (USA) (VENOM)(www.NDS-ROMs.us).nds and Professor_Layton_and_the_Unwound_Future_NDS-VENOM.

Nintendo DSi – the END of GAMEBOY ?

Is the release of Nintendo DSi an official end of hope for another version of Gameboy? DSi no longer has GBA slot for playing Game Boy Advance games, but does that mean that all hope for GB is lost – Who knows – maybe Nintendo will release some GB / GBC / GBA games as DSi WARE for download. What do You think?

I just wanted to verify…i have quite a bit of SNES Roms on my computer that I play with a Nintendo emulator. Do these flash cards allow you to upload ROMS from the computer to the DS, or is it to play DS games on the computer?

PlayStation 1 isos for PSP – Hard to believe that I had missed this. As I just figured out – I can play PlayStation 1 games emulated on PSP. Bets part is that I don’t have to buy them again from Sony, instead I can transfer PSX files from a CD to PSP memory stick in eboot format and that is it.
